At Project 366, we create project-based work for early career professionals between the ages of 18-30 years old.  Today, entry level job positions require 2-3 years of work experience and we are bridging the gap between education and career transition by offering project opportunities to local college and university students.  Our program matches each protégé to a professional mentor and together they create a customized development plan to gain skills and work experience with measurable success.
